ABOUT ADAM

With 20 years of experience, Adam Bernbch's work spans across the hospitality industry from fine dining to dive bars, catering to coffee. 

 

Over the past decade with Fat Baby and In Living Kuller Restaurant Groups, Adam has developed some of the most creative and iconic cocktail programs in Washington, DC including the award winning 2 Birds 1 Stone cocktail bar. 

 

As Principal of Coconut Pineapple and Rum, Adam's worked with a variety of brands and companies to create drinks for marketing programs, advertising campaigns, and events. He has held numerous educational seminars- both in depth staff trainings, and recreational as part of team building exercises.

 

His work has been featured in publications like the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Atlantic, Food + Wine, Imbibe, and Punch among others; books like Spritz, Boozehound, Spirits Sugar Water Bitters; and media like NPR's All Things Considered and MSNBC's Rachel Maddow
